Finance & Risk

Details of budget issues are outlined in the report. The risk if Council does not approve the
request by the NBRF Board for them to consider EOIs that have multi-year components is that
potentially good projects cannot be considered by the NBRF Board because they go beyond 30
June 2015. The Council will have the final say on those multi-year projects when the NBRF
Board seeks final approval from the Council.
