Response to sub-item 17:
A full response and additional detail with accompanying cover letter is provided by Cambray
Consulting and included in Appendix F. The following summarises and contextualises the response
to sub-item 17.
A worse case parking demand assessment has been prepared and adopts the temporal sharing of
parking spaces as justification for the support of the proposed development parking demands – See
section 6.0 of the traffic report.
Additionally, further SIDRA traffic impact assessment has been completed based on the
recommended rates for various proposed development uses on site – see Sections 9 and 11 of the
traffic report. The adopted traffic generation rates are based on the industrial standards including the
RTA (2002), RMS (2013) and DTMR traffic generation data 2006-2018). It is concluded that the peak
hour traffic generation associated with the proposed development is expected to be lower than the
proposed Masters Approval.
The below Table 3 provides a summary of the temporal sharing parking assessment which provides
the peak demand periods and demonstrates that adequate parking is provided by the proposal.
