CONCLUSION
The above constitutes a full response to the Information Request and Part 3 of the Development
Assessment Rules have been completed. We have received SARA’s response with conditions
imposed and we intend to make further representations to SARA in the due course. A copy of our
representations to SARA will be provided to Council for reference.

As Part 3 of the Development Assessment Rules is now complete, we will now proceed with Public
Notification stage in accordance with Part 4 of the Development Assessment Rules.
