The jetty is proposed to be a shared jetty structure but the submitted material does not include written approval from the land owners.
Information Required
Provide written approval for the proposed shared jetty from the land owners (8 Ravenwood Dr and 11 Key Court)
Issue
The proposed jetty structure extends a significant distance into the waterway and has the potential to impact on access to the canal frontage of No 10 Ravenwood Dr and to the shared jetty structure at No 10 Ravenwood Dr and No 12 Ravenwood Dr. The submitted site plan does not indicate the canal frontage of No 10 Ravenwood Dr or the shared jetty structure at No 10 Ravenwood Dr and No 12 Ravenwood Dr
Information Required
Provide an amended site plan that includes the canal frontage of No 10 Ravenwood Dr and the shared jetty structure at No 10 Ravenwood Dr and No 12 Ravenwood Dr
Provide sufficient detail (dimensions between structures etc) that demonstrates that the proposed jetty structure will not impact on the access to and use of the canal frontage of No 10 Ravenwood Dr or the shared jetty structure at No 10 Ravenwood Dr and No 12 Ravenwood Dr
Provide additional survey detail of the canal bed that demonstrates the need for the extent of the structure.
