The works proposal will be discussed in the proposal section in more detail below, but in summary a
new satellite dish is proposed along with associated equipment.

There are existing Telstra exchange and lattice towers already that host telecommunication carriers,
therefore the works proposed to the rear of the site are most suitable here.

The proposal will therefore not materially change the overall appearance of the landscape with no
material detriment or loss of amenity.

The proposal will positively improve the services to the local area providing a net community
benefit.
