7.0 Conclusions and Recommendations
This application provides justification for a Development Permit for
Reconfiguration of Lots by Rural Boundary Realignment (2 Lots into 2 Lots) on
land described as Lot 2 on SP233312 and Lot 245 on MCH254, situated at 183
Blanckensee Road, Black Mountain and 549 Middle Creek Road, Federal on the
following grounds:

locality in which the subject sites are situated;
The proposal has been logically designed in accordance with the
natural and built characteristics of the sites;
The proposal seeks approval for a logical boundary realignment which
will result in the consolidation of rural lands;
The proposed boundary realignment results in an improved outcome
for the existing natural features on-site;

agricultural land;
The current supply of services available to both allotments will not be
impacted as a result of the proposed realignment of boundaries;
Each lot will continue to gain access to Blanckensee Road via the
existing constructed access nodes; and
The proposal is compliant with the purpose and overall outcomes for
the Rural Zone and meets the requirements of the Reconfiguring a Lot
