▪       The Banksia Wing: including the 30 bed and 40 bed accommodation zones as well as the kitchen, laundry and
        services rooms;
▪       The Administration wing.

1.7 Fire Safety Provisions
The following Life Safety Systems providing preventative and protective measures are required by the BCA "Deemed
to Satisfy" provisions.
▪       Fire Resistance Level (FRL) requirements in accordance with BCA Spec C1.1 for Type C construction unless
        otherwise specified;
▪       Fire hydrant system in accordance with BCA Clause E1.3 and AS 2419.1;
▪       Fire extinguishers in accordance with BCA Clause E1.6 and AS 2444;
▪       Automatic sprinkler protection system in accordance with BCA Clause E1.5 and AS 2118.1;
