We refer to Noosa Council's recent information request dated 17 December 2020 and comment as follows.
Issue 1: Stormwater

We have conducted a site visit to confirm the depth of the existing receiving stormwater pit. We can confirm this
is approximately 850-900mm below existing surface level confirming the invert of the pit to be RL 22.40. This will
allow sufficient fall from proposed carpark drainage within the proposed development. Detailed design of this
infrastructure will be included as part of the Operational Works application for the project.

Issue 2: Council Stormwater Pipeline

An additional survey has been completed to include Council's existing stormwater pipeline alignment and levels.
From this information we have calculated the pipes invert level adjacent to the north-east corner of the site. The
proposed building works (excavations) will not be in the zone of influence of Council's stormwater pipeline.

Issue 3:_ Parking

A longitudinal cross section has already been provided on SCG Drawing No. 30292-C2, This displays the
steepest part of the proposed driveway with all gradients complying with AS2890.1 2004 Parking Facilities.
Further driveway detailed design will be included in the Operation Works application for the project.

Issue 5: Stormwater

The proposed carparking is for private use only. We are proposing carpark (No.) 9 will require a 3 point tum to
enter and exit the carpark.
