Thank you for the attached Information Request.

Please be advised that the attached SCG Engineering plan (31210-OW-1 dated Aug 2021) is to take precedence over the Kidd + Co Architectural Plans approved under the RAB/Development Tribunal.

The SCG engineering plans show a lesser driveway extent than the architectural plans, which I believe it a better outcome than the wider indicative driveway shown on the Architectural plans.
