RE:       Lift Construction Cost Comparison
          Proposed Development at 245 David Low Way, Peregian

The below is a breakdown of the cost to install a lift and the analysis of the additional
development costs per unit rate due to the lift installation.

Refer to Table 1.1 and Table 1.2 as below for the analysis of costs to install a lift when
compared to the overall development costs.
