Hello,

I am writing to let you know that I support the proposed change of land use to allow Ward, Jo and partners to open their Eco Car Was. I am a resident of Cooroy (Norton Court) who took the time today to look at their plans and discuss their proposal.

I was impressed by the considerations they have taken to design for the look of Cooroy with a wood like exterior & extra landscaping. I am pleased to find that they are locals who want to go above and beyond in what they offer the town.

As a member of the Cooroy Community Garden’s sub committee it was a good opportunity to connect with a potential local business & discussed ways we can support each others goals for the betterment of our town and community.
