Value of Heritage Park Please appreciate the beautiful park we are lucky | Noted
enough to have. Remnant rainforest, koalas, majestic
eucalypts, melaleucas and not a flying fox in sight,
how lucky are we? Please think, if Heritage Park
wasn't a flood plain there would be no park, it would
all be houses like the rest of the estate.
Grassed areas are shrinking We appreciate most of the work done by Bushcare | Note in management plan that vegetation plantings are not to extend

disappointed when grassed areas are reclaimed and
planted with more trees. Recent evidence of this is in
the southern area of Heritage Park. Over the years
we have seen whole picnic areas reclaimed and
disappear into bush. Take a look at Heritage Park on
Google Earth and you will see how many trees are in
close proximity. We don't need more.
Concerns regarding any clearing | Please listen to the recommendations from Ecosure | Noted
out of the creek and not clear out the creek. Erosion and faster
moving water will cause greater problems than
pooling water. The water in the creek contains fish
that eat mozzie larva, along with supporting many
other fauna species. Please protect our ecosystems.
