The majority of the development site is mapped as containing “Non-remnant” vegetation and
does not contain any mapped regrowth vegetation, according to the Vegetation Management Act
1999. A minor portion of the site towards the south eastern ridge line, contains mapped remnant
vegetation (approximately an area of 300m2). The road reserve to the south (unformed) contains
remnant vegetation.
Aerial photographs of the site and its surrounds are shown in Figures 6 & 7 below and site
photographs in Figures 8, 9 & 10.
