In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0104) and Council’s Information Request
dated 9th July 2021 on behalf of Mr RFC Salmon & Mrs MA Salmon, we request to extend the Information
Response period in accordance with s.13.1 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to extend the information response period for one (1) Month to
the 8th November 2021.
