                                       NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE


l, Frith Amelia BROPHY, of Advertising Contractors, of 10 Lyon Street, Moorooka in the State of Queensland
as the Agent for the Applicant hereby give notice that in respect to a Development Application al 115
EUMUNIDI NOOSA ROAD, NOOSAy/LLE that the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 have
been complied with -

       (a)    the application was advertised in the "Sunshine Coasf Dai$'newspaper on Friday, 27ih
              November 2015:

       (b)     a notiie in the prescribed form was posted on the relevant land between 1O.45am and
               11.03am on Friday, 27th November 2015 on the frontages to Eumundi Noosa Road, Walter
               Hay Drive and Unnamed Road off Walter Hay Drive, Noosaville; the signs were maintained for
             . fifteen (15) business days until Saturday, 19th December 2015, when they were removed;
               closing date for receipt of objections being the 18th December 2015, photographs of the public
               notice signs erected at the site are attached hereto as Appendix l;

       (c)    notice was served by registered mail on all adjoining owners on Thursday, 26*n November
              2015, whose names and addresses are listed on the page attached hereto as Appendix ll;

       (d)    the page from the newspaper containing the public notice; a copy of the wording of the public
                             on the land and a copy of the wording of the notice served by mail are attached
                 pectively
