NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE - SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION

UNIT 1/27 HILL STREET, SUNSHINE BEACH
LOT 1 ON SP314729

I have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act 2016 and the Development
Assessment Rules.

The public notification included:
(a) Publishing a notice in the Noosa Today on 30 October 2020 (copy of advertisement attached); and,
(b) Placing two notices on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
    Rules from 2 November 2020 until 23 November 2020 (photos of the signs as erected on the land
    are attached); and,
(c) Giving a notice to the owners of all lots adjoining the premises. A list of the names and addresses
    and the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
