Please find attached a revised drawing for the Operational Works Application that was emailed to Council on July 22, 2016.

The amendments were deemed necessary as the client is under time constraints from the proposed tenants of tenancy 1.  Advice to my clients is that Energex would be unable to carry out their work within an acceptable time frame.  As such the "Greenboy" has been deleted and a property pole proposed.  As there is no underground work from the existing Energex pole to the site the replacement of the existing footpath is no longer required.

My client has not yet received advice as to the applicable fees for this application.
