    1. DA Form 1
    2. A full set of engineered plans including constructional details
    3. Design advice from an RPEQ
    4. Proof of the land owner
    5. Owners Consent from the Department of Environment & Science (DES)

We look forward to receiving the Confirmation Notice from Council so that we can
request Concurrence Comments from the Department of State Development,
