Footings and slab construction shall to be in accordance with
engineers design and detail and NCC 3.2. Slab on ground is
to be monolithic to be in accordance with engineers design
and detail and AS 2870. Termite barriers to comply with AS
3660.1 and NCC 3.1.3. Approved 'Kordon' termite barriers are
required to perimeter and penetrations of slab to be designed
and installed by specialist approved contractor - guarantees
are required by the owner from the manufacturer / installer of
the termite barriers. Provide moisture barrier (200UM) under
slab with 200mm laps. Securely tape joints.
290mm Concrete block wall to be in accordance with
structural engineers design and detail. Top course of block
wall Lintel blocks unfilled as planter bed. Provide Rockcote
D E F G acrylic render system with sponge finish and painted with
selected colour in accordance with final colour selections to
exposed wall surfaces. Refer to Rockcote for full coating
system details. Planter to have 2x 40mm upvc drainage
outlets and Emer-Proof Ecoflex Anti Root waterproofing
system.
