Timber framed decking stairs to have h4 treated timber structure in accordance (30 000L) water tank
with structural engineers design and detail. Provide 86 x 19mm spotted gum Concrete driveway to be in accordance structural
decking (Standard & Better Grade) with Buildex® Dec-King® stainless steel self engineers design and detail. Driveway to comply with
drilling decking screws to structure. Decking shall be installed in accordance AS2890.1. Provide new crossover in accordance with
with Timber Queensland Technical Data Sheet 13. Stairs to be in accordance local authority regulations. Driveway grades to be in
with NCC 3.9.1. Provide spotted gum 50mm Handrail to have selected 316 accordance with AS2890.1. Driveway to be in selected
stainless steel offset brackets, handrail to comply with NCC 3.9.1. exposed aggregate concrete with tool joints as detailed,
Bushmans T6500 provide slip resistant clear sealer coat to entire driveway,
