Request to extend applicant’s information request response period (pursuant to Section 13.1 of the
Development Assessment Rules
Your Ref: MCU19/0073
We act for Lutheran Services in relation to Council’s information request, dated 26 July 2019, for the
development application over the above site.
The applicant’s response to this information is currently due on 28 January 2020.
Pursuant to section 13.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, we request your agreement to a further
three month extension of time for submission of the response to 28 April 2020.
The extension is sought as Lutheran Services, as a non-for-profit organisation, require more time to work
through the requested changes sought by Council and the State Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) as
part of their information requests on the project.
