INTERNAL ANALYSIS AND COMMENT:

Access.
The applicant is required to create an easement through the adjoining property to the east to provide vehicle access to the rear of the building. A preliminary plan indicating the easements has been submitted.
The proposal includes a driveway crossing the pathway towards the rear of the site. Comment was obtained from Natural Areas and Business and Property in regard to this proposed crossing. The comment was supportive of the proposal provided that safe public access and safe maintenance/emergency access to the property at the rear was maintained.
