As a local resident, residing at 8 Underwood Close, Pomona, I strongly support the application for Cooroy Car Wash to be approved.  We have 3 vehicles, and all 3 will be regular attendees at the proposed Cooroy Car Wash facility.

We try not to wash our cars at home, due to cost of water and lack of rainfall.  I also want to support businesses in these tough economic times, especially when the need for this facility is so strong.  Please approve this application.

The location is ideal, and conveniently located near fuel stations. I see this location is very suitable as it is opposite the railway line, will not restrict traffic, near other venues that generate business, tourists and other benefits to the community.    There are so many benefits for the community at large for this to be approved. If anybody is complaining, I would like to be provided this information, so I can view this and give an opinion.

I, like many others, have to travel to either Gympie or Noosaville to use a car wash facility.  This will save so much in fuel and time, which in today’s cost of living crisis should be fully supported.  I am busy, like many other people and have to work longer and different shifts to support my family, I need this car wash! I am in support of this business for growth and the future developments that have already been approved in Cooroy.  We cannot stay in the past, this is progress, and I 100 % back this application.

I would respectfully request this be approved, and let this business go ahead! They will be providing a much needed service for our community.
