I refer to the above application and I’m pleased to confirm that the applicant hereby agrees to extend the Decision Period until 19 August 2021 as requested, in accordance with section 33 of the Development Assessment Riles 2017, to allow time for the application to be considered at the Council meetings in August.

I look forward to receiving confirmation that this agreement has been received and that the Decision Period has been extended accordingly.
