10   FRAUD AND CORRUPTION CONTROL POLICY
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:          Cr Stewart
     Seconded:       Cr Finzel
     That Council note the report by the Governance Advisor to the General Committee Meeting
     dated 13 December 2021 and
     A.   Adopt the updated Council Fraud and Corruption Control Policy;
     B.   Authorise the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to make any required minor amendments
          to the document prior to publication.
                                                                        Carried unanimously.




11   FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORT – NOVEMBER 2021
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
     Seconded:        Cr Finzel
     That Council note the report by the Acting Manager Financial Services to the General
     Committee Meeting dated 13 December 2021 outlining the November 2021 year to date
     financial performance against budget, including performance against key financial
     sustainability indicators.
                                                                    Carried unanimously.

     CLOSURE OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC
     Committee Resolution

     Seconded:        Cr Jurisevic
     That the meeting be closed to the public pursuant to section 254J(3) of the Local Government
     Regulation 2012 for the purpose of discussing negotiations relating to a commercial matter
     involving the local government for which a public discussion would be likely to prejudice the
     interests of the local government.
                                                                            Carried unanimously.

Meeting resumed at 4.25pm
