Development Application — Material Change of Use of Premises for Entertainment and Dining
Type 1 Food & Beverages (Outdoor Dining) over Land situated at Sound Park, 90 Noosa
Parade, Noosa Heads described as Lot 32 on N21854.

Please find enclosed a development application for the above proposal which has been prepared in
accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment
Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:

Four (4) copies of the Proposal Report including Proposal Plan and Locality Plan;
completed IDAS Forms 1 and 5;

completed Sunshine Coast Council Application for Owners Consent Form;
Councils fee quote letter of 22™ February 2013;

cheque for $4065.00 which is understood to be Council’s application fee as the
Assessment Manager.
