Owner's Consent (SCRC) - Development Application for Outdoor Dining MCU13/0069

 

 

This land management plan can be monitored for effectiveness on the
anniversary of each trustee outdoor ening permit, which is issued 1 July to 30
June every year. :

 

This land management plan recommends the Minister approve trustee leases
over areas of the Park being utilised for outdoor dining. The outdoor dining in the
Park has been occurring since 1987 and Council community consultation has
resulted in overwhelming support of this activity continuing in the Park, both as a
way of activating the Park and also to enhance the use of the Park.

That the park redesign and upgrades be referred to the Manager of Parks and
Gardens for inclusion in future capital works program.
