7, 8 and 11 of Hays Island Development, within the Area of
the Shire of Noosa, have been constructed in compliance in
every respect with the plans identified in the Order in Council
dated the Ist November, 1973, whereby the Governor in
Council finally approved of the construction of the said canals
and the terms and conditions specified in the said Order in
Council.
