          About Noosa Flow

Noosa Flow will be a boutique Pilates Studio which will differentiate itself from existing gyms and fitness
studios by its spacious, light, clean feel, with small class sizes and a focus on personal instruction. Our
business will promote health and wellbeing for the body and mind.

Noosaville is a unique location. In addition to the sense of serenity provided by the Noosa River, the area
is a health and fitness hotspot, and a popular holiday destination. We believe our business is very
consistent with the activities underway in the location, and will have a positive contribution to the
neighbourhood with regard to the clientele we will attract and the atmosphere we promote.

Supporting information for IDAS Form 5

A statement about how the proposed development addresses the local government’s planning scheme and any other
planning instruments or documents relevant to the application.

The proposed studio is consistent with the Noosaville Locality Plan, and similar to many other businesses
          in the Noosaville area.

The studio’s visitor traffic will be low to medium. We expect fewer visitors per hour than a restaurant, for
example, and those visitors will have highest density in the early mornings and late afternoons.

The studio will have no environmental impact. The studio will have no loud music. The studio will cause
no material change to the visual outlook for visitors along the foreshore.

A statement about the intensity and scale of the proposed use (e.g. number of visitors, number of seats, capacity of
storage area etc.).

Shops 14 and 15 of 203 Gympie Terrace are adjoining shops that cover the full second floor of a two
story building. The lease includes two reserved car spaces on the premises. Both the shops and the car
spaces are highlighted on the attached Site Plan.

Shop 14 (67sqm) will be used for reformer classes, and be the primary teaching space. We expect to
have 5 reformers (pilates equipment), so classes will have up to 5 clients. Classes will be led by one
          instructor.

Shop 15 (70 sqm) will provide a reception with check-in desk, change rooms and basic items for sale
(water, towels, etc). We will also partition a private space expected to be used for private instruction of
single or duo classes (one or two clients).

Primary class times will be early morning and late afternoon, Monday to Friday. Most people will want to
do classes before or after work during the week. Classes will last for 50 minutes, and likely class times
          will be 6am, 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.

We will offer limited midday classes, and private one-on-one sessions through the day.

While we may have a roster of teachers, we do not expect to have more than 3 staff on-site at any one
          time.
