Background Development approval 132008.1779.01 (subject approval)
On 17 June 2011 Council issued a Preliminary Approval for a Material Change of Use for Visitor
Accommodation Type 4 (20 guest lodges).
A Preliminary Approval for this application was issued as the applicant (the receivers) did not
submit a site specific stormwater management plan. This Preliminary Approval can be upgrade to
a development permit by a further code assessable application in accordance with the Sustainable
Planning Act 2009.
