Site access                                                Existing site access from Cooroy Noosa Road to be utilised.

Proposed                              servicing The main pedestrian and vehicular access to the site is via
arrangements                                    the existing central access driveway along Cooroy Noosa
                                                Road and is proposed to be widened to suit emergency
                                                vehicles such as fire trucks. All service vehicles will use this
                                                entrance which links to the internal driveway around the
                                                site.
                                                           The site is connected to all urban services such as water,
                                                           sewer and electricity.
