2.2 Surrounding land uses
The site is generally surrounded to the north by a residential housing development known as
Noosa Parklands which comprises one to two storey residential dwellings in a landscaped setting.
The eastern boundary is bordered by parkland which flows through Noosa Parklands estate. Land
opposite the site is known as Tewantin National Park.
