 Connections - Connect to stormwater system as per hydraulic engineer’s documentation




 SSD: Drainage Type - Subsoil drain with Inspection Upstand

 Product –- DN100mm perforated flexible PVC pipe without filter sock. Vinidex ‘Draincoil’ or approved
 equivalent
 Trench width – 300mm
 Trench depth – Varies, minimum 600mm below finished level, falling at min. 1:100. All subsoil drainage lines
 are to be connected and discharged to the stormwater system as per civil engineers’ documentation
 Trench backfill / Drainage Material - Drainage aggregate, 5-7mm blue metal screenings
 Installation - Connect to the drainage line stub provided by civil contractor or directly into the immediate
 adjacent stormwater pit where applicable. Where connecting directly into the stormwater pit seal around the
 connection point to prevent aggregate or soil from entering the pit.
