CONTENTS

 Planting hole - Excavate a hole no deeper than the rootball. The hole is to be 3 times the diameter of the
 rootball. Rip the sides of the hole prior to planting.
 Watering dish - Form a 50mm high, 1000mm diameter mounded soil watering dish around the tree. Infill the
 watering dish with mulch. Fill the dish with water regularly during the initial plant establishment period.
 Staking - Drive stakes into the ground, to approximately one third of their length, avoiding damage to roots.
 Install 3 times 50mm x 50mm x 2400mm stakes. Provide ties fixed securely to the stakes, one tie at half the
 height of the main stem. Others as necessary to stabilise the plant.
 Installation – Install as per manufacturers details. Re-tension after planting.




 Plant Installation: 45L – On Grade

 water dish with mulch.

 Plant Installation: 75mm tubes– On Grade

 Planting Hole - Hole diameter: Standard practice, Hole depth: Subsurface material at the bottom of the hole
 shall be decompacted to a depth of 100 mm and lightly compacted
 Watering Dish - Form a mounded soil watering dish around the plant. Infill the water dish with mulch.
