        To correct a clerical error in Condition 4 of the development approval (Development Permit for Material Change of
        Use - Food and Drink Outlet, MCU22/0097, as amended by Minor Change Decision Notice MCU22/0097.01 dated 6
        November 2024) affecting the approved operating hours for the Food and Drink Outlet at 14-16 Reserve Street,
        Pomona (Lot 2 on SP115871).

        Condition 4(b) currently reads “6am to 12pm Friday and Saturday”. This is a clerical error - “12pm” (midday) is
