recent Committee Meeting held on Friday 7th June 2024.

As per the application, the below conditions apply:

    Works are to be undertaken by certified tradespeople whom are insured and comply with Work
    Health & Safety regulations;
    All costs are the responsibility of the Owner, including but not limited to the following - waste
    removal, damage to common property and insurance;
    The Body Corporate is notified prior to works commencing of the start and estimated completion
    date.
