Development & Land Use Sections

 

IDAS APPLICATION

This checklist should be used for any IDAS application. Please check each of the following items before accepting an
application at the counter.

 

1. APPLICATION FORMS > .

1.1.1. Ensure that the form is fully completed and is a current version. |

 

 

 

1.1.2. In the case of an MCU or Op Works below the. high-water mark, owner's consent is required.
1.1.2.1 If there are multiple owners, the consent of each owner is required.

1.1.2.2 If the owner of the land is a company, either ACN No, Company name clearly indicated by
signatory) or Company Seal required.

1.2 Form1 Part B-R Supporting Information
1.1.2 Ensure that for each box checked on Form A, the relevant additional Forms B-R are attached.
1.1.2.1 _ Ensure that each of Forms B-R which are attached are-fully. completed. =—— j=

2.1 Ensure that relevant sections have been checked and/or completed with regard to referrals

    

 

2.2. Ensure correct parts of Form 1 are provided where required (ie most common are Part J for
Clearing Vegetation, Part N for Contaminated land and Part P for Prescribed Tidal Works)

3. “ENVIRONMENTALLY RELEVANT ACTIVITIES : . Te
3.1. Ensure that Part G is completed if EPA referral is required.
3.2 Where EPA is delegated to Council (see * in ERA checklist), ensure that the correct application
fee is paid and recorded on the application. (Refer Environmental Health for fees)

4.1 Ensure that relevant items have been checked and/or completed including information regarding
applicant details along with owners consent if not current owner of land as shown on Council records.

If over multiple properties on one or more sites, consent of Body Corporate is required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. PLANS — - :
5.1 Ensure that generally at least 6 sets of the Plan of Development (5 for Reconfiguration and Operational 2
Works) accompany the application. In addition ensure that each set is complete.

 

 

 

 

§.2 Ensure that 1 of the copies of the Pian of Development is in an A3 or A4 format and is : |
unbound.

6.1 Ensure that generally at least 6 copies of any report accompanies the application (5 for Reconfiguration {
and Operational Works). If the application is accompanied by a covering letter, ensure that it is
capable of reproduction.

6.2 In the case of reports, ensure that 4 of the copies is in an A3 or A4 format and is unbound.
6.3 Additionally an electronic version is preferred where possible for ease of electronic record keeping -

7.1 Ensure that the application fee, as determined from the Council’s adopted scale of fees, S
