       •       We have previously supplied a drawing indicating vehicle swept paths entering and existing the
               proposed garages. We have reviewed this drawing and have included some additional paths. We
               are satisfied the paths supplied demonstrate code compliant movements within the site.

       •       Pedestrian access paths have been shown by the Architect and reflected on our revised plans.

The above information is presented in our drawings 31131 - C6.1, C6.2 and C7.1 are attached.

Issue 11 – Stormwater

       We have compiled a site based Stormwater Management Report for the site (No. 31131(SWMP)). We
       have also compiled associated drawings which reflect the results of our assessment and associated design
       for the proposed site.

       In brief the following factors and outcomes have resulted from our assessment:

       •       The proposed site has been assessed via hydraulic modelling using PC-DRAINS and ARR2019
               ensembles.

       •       The assessment considered the impacts the proposed development will have on the surrounding
               area and existing infrastructure. This was done with due consideration to existing catchment areas
               and Council infrastructure.

       •       Our assessment and design proposals confirmed not net impact on the existing infrastructure or
               surrounding properties will prevail as a result of the development.

Our revised stormwater drainage plan and additional detail and calculation sheets 31131 – SW1.1, SW1.2, SW1.3,
SW1.4 and SW1.5 are attached

Issue 12 – Driveway Aisle Widths

       The minimum aisle widths are shown as 6.1m.

       The proposed garage door widths are in the order of 2.9m. This results in a minimum aisle width
       requirement of 5.8m when considering Clause 5.4 of AS2890.01-2004 Off Street Parking.

We have attached our previously issued drawings with amendments discussed herein together with the additional
drawings and Stormwater Management Report.
