Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd have been engaged to carry out a new Stormwater Design for
property 51SP260161. The owner has requested a stormwater design to divert the existing
stormwater drainage to kerb and channel as the lawful point of discharge via captive pipe
calculations.

Please refer to the following documents;

RFI Response – OPW26/0055

    1. We can confirm as noted on the engineering drawings attached, that all existing
       downpipes are required to be diverted and connected to new captive pipework which is
       to discharge to the kerb and channel.
    2. The calculations page was missing in the previous issue page F26. This has now been
       added to the PDF drawing set as per attached.
    3. We have altered the slow release of the captive pipe to empty into a rubble pit. Rubble
       pit calculations added onto Page F22.
