5.0 Conclusion and Recommendations
The proposal seeks a Development Permit - Building Work for extensions to Childcare Centre (Two
Shade Sails over existing gross floor area).

In support of the application, this Noosa Plan 2020 Assessment Report and the associated
information has demonstrated that the proposed development complies with all relevant
assessment benchmarks (codes) of the Noosa Plan 2020, including the:

               •   Community Activities Code
               •   Neighbourhood Centre Zone Code

As the proposal complies with the assessment benchmarks, applicable under the Noosa Plan 2020,
it is considered appropriate that this application be approved subject to reasonable and relevant
conditions for the Development Permit.
