Table 1: Potential Bushfire Intensity classes The sub-unit level Local Hazard Area Map is presented as Plan No. BF02 – Sub-Units and identifies the site is host to Low Potential Bushfire Intensity areas. A High Potential Bushfire Intensity area is located to the west of the site beyond Black Mountain Range Road. The overall Local Hazard Map is presented as Plan No. BF03 – Local Hazard Map and identifies the site is host to a Potential Impact Buffer area within the western extent associated with the offsite High Potential Bushfire Intensity area. The balance of land within the 150m assessment area is mapped as Low hazard. The Local Hazard Map presented in Plan No. BF03 is to supersede the SPP broadscale mapping attributed to the site and should be used to guide the formulation of appropriate site-based bushfire management measures for the proposal. © 2021 12
