I write in support of MCU22/0201 - 34 Elm St, Cooroy – Proposed Car Wash in Cooroy.

Having seen many DAs for Cooroy over the years, I believe this on is one of the most thoughtful and thought out proposals and one which has been planned to fit into it’s space in a way that complements many of the town’s characteristics.

I also like the following:
• Water management and recycling including reducing water pollution
• Provision of Carbon Offsets
• Engagement with the community to provide a fundraising space
• Its relation to the adjacent service stations
• It satisfies a community need
