By converting part of the existing business into my Real-estate office there is no additional foot traffic as
these days most people do not visit an office anymore, it just merely provides me with a beautiful
workspace within the gardens.
I want to reiterate that we have done absolute nil changes to the existing building just gave it a lick of
paint so it looks nice and tidy.

I hope Council can see the improvement is the optics how beautiful and inviting it now looks and we get
lots of positive feedback from the local community.
We sincerely hope that Council will approve the material change of use from shop to office as my partner
runs the Garden Center and I assist with office duties so it is valuable to operate side by side.

with Kerry Coyle and Michael Cantori and have outlined our intentions in person.
