On behalf of the applicant, The Isaacs Taylor Court Trust, and in accordance with section 50 of the Planning Act
2016, please find enclosed a properly made development application for a Material Change of Use and
Operational Work to establish Low Impact Industry and Caretaker’s Accommodation on the abovementioned
site.

Please find enclosed the following in support of the application:
      •   Completed DA Form 1;
      •   Signed Landowner's Consent Form; and
      •   One (1) copy of ADAMS + SPARKES Town Planning Report, including supporting information.

Payment of the applicable fee under the 2024/25 Schedule of Fees and Charges will be paid upon receiving an
invoice from Council.
