Taken from the Noosa Main Beach Esplanade directly across Park Road
The existing deck on the beach side of the building is partially visible at the centre of this image.
However the part of the building where the additions are proposed is not visible as it is completely screened
from view by multiple layers of existing vegetation which is to remain.

Conclusion:
We believe that the proposal will have no material impact on any neighbour or in any way impinge on the
objectives of the planning requirements for this site.
As it cannot be seen from any vantage point outside of the site and does not increase the overall building
envelope or height.
