PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 10 DECEMBER 2019

The existing buildings have been established on the site for some 30+ years and are reported to
have reached the end of their economic life.
The proposal includes a new service station building that reflects the architectural style, scale
and character of the surrounding area, 5 double sided refuelling stations, replacement of existing
underground fuel tanks, acoustic treatment to adjacent residential premises, site landscaping,
incorporation of stormwater management devices and rationalisation of multiple driveway
entrances.
The Operational works application seeks approval for a pylon sign with a sign face to each side
which exceeds 4m2. An additional three signs are proposed which comply with the planning
scheme.
The following figures provide for a locality plan and plans of the development. Development plans
are also included at Attachment 1.
