2. SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
The existing service station at 54 Mary Street has been in operation since the 1980s. The
premises includes 416m2 GFA and 4 double sided refuelling stations, underground tanks storing
diesel, unleaded and leaded fuel, and a LPG tank near the northern boundary. Two existing
dwelling units are located above the service station and have a combined GFA of 168m2.
The existing vehicle hire premises at 52 Mary Street incorporates a large hardstand area and
small building of 85m2 in the north western corner of the site.
