Assessment of Request
The updated suite of plans has been assessed, with the following changes proposed:
New Fire Stairs from the Basement to Ground Level
New stairs are proposed in the south eastern corner of the building, along the eastern façade,
providing a fire exit from the basement to ground level (exterior to the building).
