Change to Eastern and Western Façades
The application includes a change to the eastern and western façade of the development.

The change is considered aesthetic only and relatively minor in nature. The wall does not exceed
the maximum wall length of 15m allowable under The Noosa Plan, and each external wall plane
incorporates at least one design element to add visual interest and amenity, including louvers
and a mix of building material, creating diversity and visual interest.
