TAFE Queensland shall use reasonable efforts to fulfil the services listed below:
 Refer clients, with their written consent, to Noosa Shire Council where appropriate
 Provide links on Small Business Solutions website to Noosa Shire Council business links pages
 Promote mutually agreed joint business events on Small Business Solutions seminar portal
 Provide use of branding for mutually agreed joint projects in line with TAFE Queensland
   marketing policy
 Include Noosa Shire Council material provided by Noosa Shire Council in new client packs and
   Small Business Solutions events, where appropriate
 Supply Small Business Solutions brochures to Noosa Council for supply to their members
   and/or clients and to display and use, where appropriate.

Noosa Shire Council shall use reasonable efforts to fulfil the services listed below:
 Refer clients, with their written consent to TAFE Queensland, Small Business Support program,
   where appropriate
 Provide links on Noosa Shire Council website to www.smallbusinesssolutions.qld.gov.au
   where appropriate
 Provide use of branding for agreed joint projects
 Provide Small Business Solutions brochures to memberships and/or clients and display and
   use where appropriate
 Provide access to Noosa Shire Council branding of agreed strategic and specific events (e.g.
   Small Business Solutions seminars / workshops), conducted in Noosa Shire in line with Noosa
   Councils brand guidelines
 Provide Noosa Shire Council material to Small Business Solutions for inclusion in new client
   packs and events, where appropriate.
